As an experienced fitness professional, I have spent the past half decade helping athletes of all kinds reach their optimal performance levels through fitness! As a former professional baseball player, I quickly realized that in order to perform at my best on the field, I needed to be in peak physical condition. This sparked my passion for fitness, as I began to understand the intricate relationship between exercise, nutrition, and performance. I became fascinated with the science of exercise and how to optimize training programs to achieve specific goals. I specialize in athletic base training, sports nutrition, and strength and conditioning. I develop customized training plans that focus on the individual's unique needs for their specific sport, develop nutrition plans for the athletes, and help build exceptional habits. I believe that dedication and consistency are key to achieving any fitness goal, especially in any sport. Now that my baseball career has come to an end, I'm excited to continue pursuing my passion for fitness and helping others reach their full potential!
